COME OUT TO PLAY
UK TOUR & DEBUT ALBUM

PRODUCED BY EX BAND MEMBER OF
OZZY OSBOURNE, URIAH HEEP & THE CULT

Since kicking off their first UK tour and the release of their debut album - Come Out To Play - in May last year, Scottish rock band ESTRELLA have been earning themselves a reputation as one of the best live up-and-coming British rock bands around today!

Selling out headline gigs - their sound is pure 70/80s infused rock - mixed with melody and riffs, thunderous beats and anthemic choruses - delivered with a fresh modern feel that sits well with today's mainstream music!

Their award winning debut album was produced in collaboration with John T Sinclair, ex-band member of Ozzy Osbourne, Uriah Heep and The Cult and British Sound Engineer, Ashley Howe, who has worked previously with Queen and Led Zeppelin, carried out the engineering. The final mastering for the album was completed by Nashville’s Richard Dodd.

SCOTTISH
NEW MUSIC AWARD WINNER

Estrella’s debut album - Come Out To Play - won the 2012 Scottish New Music Award for Loud/Metal Recording of the Year.  For full details of the award ceremony held in Glasgow’s prestigious Classic Grand click on - www.facebook.com/scottishnewmusicawards or to find out more about the SNMA’s click on - www.scotmusicawards.co.uk.

Paul Gunn, lead singer and frontman for the band said “The purpose of the Scottish New Music Awards is to honour the music made in Scotland and celebrate the artists and the industry that make it happen so we are very proud to be recognised in this way. It was a public vote and we are very grateful to our loyal fans for helping us win.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank our producer John T Sinclair who himself was part of the rock music scene in the 70s/80s having toured with Ozzy Osbourne and was an ex-band member of Uriah Heep and The Cult. You can see John’s influences coming through on the album!”
